Love this place! Was able to lose 35 pounds, 6 dress sizes, and most importantly, I feel great about my health. Instructors are amazing and supportive and the classes are always challenging so I never feel like I'm plateauing. Great workout all around!

Great energy, friendly staff and best place to shed some weight.

This place rocks! The instructors are enthusiastic and awesome! I always feel amazing after I take a class, and love the improvement i've seen in the short time since I started.

It's "CHEERS" for kickboxing "sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and their always glad you came". This workout is tough but worth it you feel like you have conquered the world when you finish. I am a new member and membership is pricey BUT let me tell you why it needs to be pricey to change your life. For those of us with some extra weight to lose how many times do we sign up for something only to quit it. If it's cheap you can justify not going it's no big loss but if you are paying well tbh most of us are not going to just throw our money in the trash you better believe I am getting every penny worth. I choose to invest in a commitment to myself it won't be cheap and it won't be easy but come on the things that are really worth it never are !! Also I really mean it they make me feel so welcome I have been only to 5 classes thus far and EVERYONE knows my name and is happy to see me !!!

So happy I decided to join I love kickboxing in franklin. The staff is friendly and energetic which makes it easy to come work out. Give it a try, you will love it!!

ILoveKickboxing of Richmond Hill is the reason why I am shredding weight and inches off. Before starting this place I was a very miserable person who lack energy and motivation. After joining this club, within 2 months I have shredded so many inches and lost 11 lbs. I'm full of energy and the staff is always motivating you.

I am new to kickboxing but the Staff at the I love kickboxing in round rock are great! They're always around to help if needed. The workout is hard but you always leave feeling stronger than before! I can't wait to go again. My favorite day to go has been Saturday because I can get my workout in and leave feeling great for the rest of my weekend. Great place for beginners and experienced kickboxers! Very clean and comfortable locker area as well.

ILoveKickboxing has helped me so much in the amount of time I've been working here. The staff are so awesome and motivating, they also help with eating habits or doing extra exercises outside the class. It's honestly the of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!
