If I could rate this lower than one star, I would every time I reach out to the support team. I get an email that only indicates to type my response in after three or four responses back. I still don’t get specific customer information regarding my questions. the service is worse than horrible. I paid $98 to have a package delivered from Pittsburgh yesterday and it’s still not here today I’ve reached out to them and like any company it’s after five. The people aren’t there. I know they’re a software company and software runs 24 hours with extremely high premium pricing. I expect to hear back from somebody within a reasonable amount of time and I don’t know why I wasn’t updated as to why my package is still in Pittsburgh. I hope to hear back from this company. I recommend nobody ever used them again.

I wanted my earrings back which are worthless. I entered 0 as the amount, to which the site wouldn't accept, so I entered 40 dollars just to enter something. They wanted 250 dollars to ship. I then changed the amount to 10 dollars value so they upped the shipping cost to 270 dollars. This site seems to run on some kind of scam, knowing you won't pay such a stupid amount to get your items back. I've now emailed the hotel and told them to keep the item thanks to this useless service who I refuse to give money to.

Absolutely criminal that these people would try to charge $50.05 (The lowest cost) to send back MY lost item when it would cost $12 to actually send it back to me. Yes, I checked with USPS.

If I could give 0 stars and still write a review, I would. They charge an immense amount, do not do anything to make sure the item is shipped at all or timely, and are rude about the whole process. If anyone has a choice at all, even by tipping the hotel staff to just get it done, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

What went right? They offer ridiculous prices using USPS that does all the work for them! And they charged me 400% more than what the USPS would have for a letter package one rate envelope!!! Had their website disclosed the restrictions and given alternate shipping choices,.I.E. UPS ground then I would rate them a ZERO star "do not use them" rating! Unless your item has sentimental or high value, I suggest buying a new replacement of that applied to your loss.

If I could give negative stars I would. Now on week 3 of trying to get my item back and it is just sitting at resort and no one wants to actually do anything to ship it even though I have paid for the shipping which was ridiculous and they have printed label. I was told again it would ship today but again there is no update to tracking. Overpriced headache is all I got

I left behind one pair of lightweight trousers & a blouse in a hotel’s closet. I was quoted an unbelievable $254 (£190) to ship them to the UK!! Needless to say I declined to have them returned. It’s given me an excuse to go shopping again though, much to my husband’s irritation. ALWAYS CHECK THE CLOSET BEFORE DEPARTURE!!!

A hotel that uses this service is really short sighted. I don't mind paying for shipping , however its pretty clear that your going to get fleeced with their charge. Second, the service is a pain and its disjointed. Hilton used to take that opportunity to show their service and their commitment to their customers. I guess some manager thought it would be a good way to not have to have that on their plate instead of seeing a much bigger picture. Not very smart and in the long run i think its costly -
