PEOPLE BE AWARE I Ordered 4 pounds of Bacon for A party and 6 days later still heard nothing when I call in they were out and will give my money back but 6 days took you to figure it out Poor Customer service. If you having a party you may you may not get your items I will NEVER us this Company again

As others have said, "Good Food. Poor Service. Horrendous Delivery." You will pay for expedited delivery but you will not get the order timely. Emailing customer service is fruitless.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a gift card and then dead silence. No email. No calls. nothing. I contacted customer service to inquire. The response was vague, demanding more information for some sort of 'verification' of I have no clue whatsoever. A few days pass and still nothing from their end. I finally reached out and cancelled the order to which they promptly complied. Prejudice or complete incompetence, it was my first and hopefully the last experience with Igourmet. What a complete waste of time.

Wrote a email a few days before my purchase to ask questions about cheese I ended up buying and no email service available no answer ( now I know why) Placed a order with them December 31 20 and got it around the 15th of January but its winter and thought for sure they would ship a quality package When I got my package it was standing open with a warm cold pack and was about half of the cold pack they should of used ( the pack should of been double the size ) very sloppy shipping and who needs customers service. When the second email I sent was if they was going to ship but never No answer!! I bought over 100.00 worth of cheese you would think I might be important enough to answer a email the last email I asked them if the ever heard FIRST IMPRESSION IS A LASTING IMPRESSION! Talking about the company service and the attitude if its owners!! And I have made my lasting impression of this company by there sorry service ! I will not ever buy nothing from here again!!

Ordered from the UK for a delivery in Florida - no customer service at all - took over 2 weeks to arrive - and when I contacted them for information - I received no response - only automated responses - luckily enough it was delivered before Christmas - would not recommend and would not use again

Worst Customer Service of my life. This company is a joke, seriously. I paid almost 90$ in shipping costs for three different baskets to be delivered on time. They were not, they were delayed TWO WEEKS beyond the expected date and when I called to not cancel but simply try to get the shipping refunded they tried to throw a 25$ gift card my way (to igourmet by the way, not actual money). Then I said to just cancel my order b/c that was insane and nothing was on time anyway, and they told me they had and I would get an email shortly. Welp no email, no refund and now they are closed for three days!! The level of incompetence with this company is just inexcusable. I will never ever be using their services again. Save yourself the headache.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a very small order of cured meats on December 11, 2020. It was to be delivered by 12/23. On the 16th the item had still not shipped. Reached out to customer service by phone with no answer or call back. Reached out by live Chat, no response. Reached out by email and got a bot canned response. Order shipped on 12/17 and followed tracking. On on the morning of 12/19 I recieved an email that the address was incorrect, responded to the email that the address was correct. The item was 75 miles away from being delivered when Igourmet called and asked to have the item returned. NOT once was I ever contacted by phone or had a response to my email. I had to call my credit card company and contest the purchase of the item. It has been 5-7 business days and I have not been able to speak to anyone from Igourmet. As of DEC 23 they will not allow you to leave a message by phone, live chat on the website and even email is not being answered.
