RinvioReviews of igniterec.com

We have received outstanding selection of candidates and have hired several of them in the past. Hiring people is very time consuming, Ignite has helped us speed up that process by sending us only qualified people. Gina Huffman has been great to work with!

First time ever using a recruiting agency for a new position. I was not sure what to expect. I have so many questions and doubts but luckily for me, my agent was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely caring. I am very happy with the end results.

I have had the pleasure of personally knowing the CEO of Ignite Recruitment. With over a decade of experience in the industry, he has consistently demonstrated an ability to pivot and adapt to the everchangng landscape. His numerous podcasts have been particularly influential in shaping my own business strategies. His unwavering commitment to quality service and client satisfaction is truly commendable. When working with one of their account executives, you can be assured that you are in capable hands. For any company seeking a professional recruitment partner, Ignite Recruitment stands out as an industry leader.

This has been the most rewarding experience and company I have ever worked for. The joy I have gotten from placing incredible talent with outstanding companies has been a gift beyond what I can share in words. We have a dedicated hardworking team with such integrity. A leadership who shows nothing but strength and class throughout our daily challenges. Today our company is made up of the type of employees that will take us to the next level. I look forward to a bright future with Ignite / Rinvio and many future success stories.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio. Despite promises of growth and fair compensation, I was never paid anything beyond commission, which created significant financial instability. On top of that, the CEO fostered a toxic work environment, frequently threatening and coercing employees into working overtime without any additional pay. The manipulative leadership style made it impossible to feel valued or supported. Adding insult to injury, my previous honest review about the company was flagged and replaced with one praising the CEO—allegedly written by an NBA player who, to my knowledge, has never worked for this company. This kind of dishonest behavior perfectly reflects the lack of integrity and accountability at Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio. I would not recommend working here to anyone seeking a healthy, ethical, or professional workplace.

During my time with Rinvio, I observed troubling patterns in how employees were treated. Account Executives would dedicate months to building client relationships and securing jobs, only to be abruptly let go without clear justification. After their departure, their hard-earned clients and projects were consistently reassigned to a select few favored by the owner. This creates a toxic and demoralizing work environment, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional and fair workplace.

I honestly have not come across a more unprofessional company than Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio. The amount of disrespect and condescending interactions with the CEO is mind blowing. Do yourself a favor and use any other company but this one.
