Good experience with Rinvio / Ignite, specifically with our recruiter Gina. They're great for certain roles, particularly those more generalized such as quality. The candidate bench appeared limited for more specialty roles within specific industries.

Despite my commitment, I was let go without reason or warning. To make matters worse, the Texas Workforce Commission confirmed that I was misclassified as an independent contractor when I was actually an employee. The company still owes me wages I rightfully earned. It’s disappointing to see a company operate this way. If you’re considering working here, be aware—loyalty isn’t a two-way street, and even top performers aren’t guaranteed fair treatment.
