Despite my commitment, I was let go without reason or warning. To make matters worse, the Texas Workforce Commission confirmed that I was misclassified as an independent contractor when I was actually an employee. The company still owes me wages I rightfully earned. It’s disappointing to see a company operate this way. If you’re considering working here, be aware—loyalty isn’t a two-way street, and even top performers aren’t guaranteed fair treatment.

The manipulative leadership style made it impossible to feel valued or supported. Adding insult to injury, my previous honest review about the company was flagged and replaced with one praising the CEO—allegedly written by an NBA player who, to my knowledge, has never worked for this company. This kind of dishonest behavior perfectly reflects the lack of integrity and accountability at Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio. I would not recommend working here to anyone seeking a healthy, ethical, or professional workplace.

Account Executives would dedicate months to building client relationships and securing jobs, only to be abruptly let go without clear justification. After their departure, their hard-earned clients and projects were consistently reassigned to a select few favored by the owner. This creates a toxic and demoralizing work environment, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional and fair workplace.

I honestly have not come across a more unprofessional company than Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio. The amount of disrespect and condescending interactions with the CEO is mind blowing. Do yourself a favor and use any other company but this one.
