Its been 4 days since i ordered a license and have not received the license yet. I sent multiple emails to support but no response. Even the chat option is not working. Lost 230 AED !!! Dont recommend at all....very very bad !!!

I just purchased a windows 10 pro product key and this is the response I get. *we can't activate windows on this device because product key has already been used on another device. I have tried troubleshooting but it's still the same response. Please refund my money if this is not working.
