i ordered gta4 complete edition and i paid and they didnt send the key and they didnt respond to any of my emails and i think its a scam unless they respond now

i bought a minecraft java & bedrock key but i still havent gotten it , the costumer service dont reply at all , i hope they see this message and give me the help needed otherwise DO NOT buy from them . EDIT : i did get the game key eventually after sending many emails , their costumer support is terrible they rarely respond , i’ll give them 2 stars just because the product is good but every other thing i definitely wouldn’t recommend , they have to get better .

i've bought creative cloud for 3 months and then it stopped working, so i wrote an email and their response was very quick.. now it happened again but now.. nothing. no response after 3 emails.. sorry guys i'm dissapointed

I bought 1 month Adobe CC subscription. I've lost acces few times during first two weeks, until was finally blocked, with no response from support

I purchased a key, it didn't work. Initially the customer support was excellent, however they refused to believe that their keys do not work. Of course you get what you pay for, so a small price is never going to get you something that works. Lesson learnt.

Bought Adobe CC key. Key did not arrive so i wrote an email about estimated time. Got pretty quick response thus 2 stars but the details of how i will get access to the software was described in the reply as some team account which i will have to log into which is false advertising and scam. As to if I even get something like that, I’ll have to wait.

A short while ago, I purchased a Star Wars Squadrons key from here. In terms of checkout experience, I strongly disliked the deception of the 'payment fees' that this website charges you. Anyway, I continued, and successfully bought it. I expected to be able to get the key and play the game instantly, but no. Instantly, I got a 'Your Ignitekeys order has been received!' email, but no code. I waited for a day, then reached out to customer service. The next day, I got a completely automated email. No help, it simply told me my help ticket id. This was on a Monday, at 12 oclock. At 2 o'clock, well within normal working hours, I sent back another email, querying what had happened. I never once received an email from a human. I only got again, an automated email from Stripe, a payment provider, telling me that it had been refunded 'requested by customer'. I did not once ask for a refund. Everyone is hyping up their customer service, but I thought it was awful. I never spoke to a human, and they didn't even deliver the service in the first place. 2 stars as I got a refund. I would recommend simply buying from somewhere else. Please sort out your rubbish customer service - and just add the payment fees to the cost of every item, as there is no option without them.
