I give one star because i am forced to chose at least one, because i wanted to give ZERO. I was sent the wrong key to the wrong office version TWICE. after that i complained again and they stopped replying. I told them I wanted a refund so I could purchase the proper key, I was blatantly ignored. I will activate my credit card chargeback and report them to the authorities if I have to. I tried communicating with them and find solutions, but not anymore. Either I have my money back or nothing at all

they send me the key then said it will not work on mac and didnt refund. read those small lines on the policy before ypu buy

bought a key for windows 11 pro not working as it says the key was already used on another device

Scammers:::I gave one star and this is too much for them. I purchased keys for Adobe collection, took them 5 days to deliver the access credentials. After 2 days, the subscription has been cancelled, most probably the account has been changed and given to someone else who is also waiting for his credentials to arrive. These scammers do the same thing with their customers and cash out on daily basis innocent believers of the digital world. their support is the most stupid and laziest. finally, after being so frustrated, I had to pay somewhere else for a new subscription. shame on you, shame on you, shame on you.

They are scammers. They don't respond to customer emails after an order has gone through.

I bought a Microsoft 365 license almost a month ago, and it has never worked. I contacted support, and they sent me a message asking me to wait for a while. I waited... weeks later it's still not working and they have stopped answering my emails. I feel cheated. I lost my money and this site has the worst customer service ever.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS SENT THE WRONG KEYS. IT WAS FOR A DIFFERENT VERSION. NUMEROUS EMAILS/INSTA POSTS NO REPLY. THIS IS SO EASY TO RESOLVE BUT THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE. I WILL POST TO THE SOCIALS FOR THE PROTECTION OF OTHER CUSTOMERS **1 Star is for the speed of the original transaction** + PROS: Speed of the initial transaction. - CONS: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. POSSIBLY A SCAM? FRAUD? RIP OFF? FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS?
