Hi Tiffany, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We appreciate your feedback, but we do provide matte canvas and poster options right next to the photo on our website so customers can select the type they want. Because you chose a poster rather than a wrapped canvas, it may not arrive as expected. We hope this explains and thank you for your understanding

Hi Dave, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your purchase! We are deeply sorry that the quality of the items you ordered came up short of your expectations. I reviewed your order and discovered that the item is exactly as described. A partial refund was offered for the item's edge, and all we want to do is make it up to you. Hi Lisle, I checked the information and found no email from you; normally, we respond to emails within 24 hours, so please double-check that you sent it to the correct recipient. In addition, our system sent you an email with a tracking number to keep you updated; perhaps you should check your spam folder. Having said that, I also advised an agent to contact you in order to provide additional information. If you require any additional assistance, please respond to our email.
