I thought the website was a little more awkward to navigate than I would have liked, but there were no serious problems. The technician confused the day of the appointment and came a day later. Fortunately, it wasn't a big issue. When he arrived, he was polite, professional and quick. The phone was fixed within 20 minutes. I did seem to have an odd problem with the new touchscreen, but it cleared itself up within minutes, and the technician was very responsive when I reached out to ask what might be going on. So, despite a couple of glitches, I would certainly use them again.

They are the only company that would fix my IPad Pro 12.9. They were at my house to fix replace my cracked screen and digitizer two days after I called. The Tech showed up right on time. He fixed in his car and gave it back to me 35 minutes later. Most of the companies that I called would not fix it. The ones that would said I could not drop it off for a week, give them 50% down and then they would order the screen and digitizer. It would take them a week to fix. Further, iFixOnWheelz price was lower than all of the other places that I called. You would be crazy not to make your first and only call to iFixOnWheelz for all of your needs.

Purchased a screen repair from iFixonWheelz, they showed up to my apartment and fixed my screen within 15 minutes. Overall I was satisfied until my screen developed a problem a week later. There was a patch of dead pixels accompanied by a line of dead white pixels up the right hand side of my screen, the top right corner was also blank with dead pixels. When I called customer service to address the problem, which I thought would be covered under warranty, they informed me they do not cover the kind of damaged my phone apparently incurred while in my pocket. I would highly recommend just biting the bullet and getting your device fixed by an actual professional.

This service was beyond my expectations. I was very pleased with the provider’s communications and the quality of the repairs to my iPad. I definitely recommend them!
