The service was prompt and efficient with excellent results. The technician came right to my home and had completed the job within the time period he had predicted. He was pleasant and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Oh, I almost forgot, he fixed my iPad screen for less money than any other option had suggested. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

The gentleman who did the repair went beyond what he was required to do because he wanted to provide a good, complete repair. And he didn't charge extra for it!

Convenient and quick! Came to repair my cracked iPhone screen, but now my keyboard is less responsive after repair. Is this normal?

Hello there, thank you for taking time to review our services. However, touch screen being less responsive is not normal and needs to be diagnosed. Please send us your order number or simply reply to an email receipt that you received from us, so we can track your order and come to diagnose the issue at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Technician arrived on time, with a phone call ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. Very courteous and professional. My iPad is back in as-new condition.
