Rating would have been higher if you hadn't wiped the operating system. There was no reason to do that, based on my knowledge of the fix they were doing. I texted them about it, but haven't gotten response as to a reason. I've had excellent service from them in the past, so hopefully this was just a one time glitch.

This is a tough review, because the work was good. I had the screen replaced on my tablet. The repair person put me off because it is a hard screen to get. I waited the week, which turned into 10 days. I had to call back to find out what was going on. They didn’t keep the appointment and never called, so I called snd the repair man was apologetic. We rescheduled snd it happened again. He ended up coming at 9pm that night after I called. So they get a 3. They were polite and did good work, but the repair appointments were very disorganized.

Service was great, but honestly the screen itself isnt great. Isn’t very reactive, not happy with it at all

Screen sometimes goes black which never happened before. Otherwise looks good.

My phone has been skipping and running slower since it’s been fixed. I got it fixed about 2 weeks ago... the service was on time and the technician was a really good dude... but my phone did not work like brand new or the same as it did prior to being broke like this company promotes. I thought maybe it needed time but nah. Thanks for the service but not a great experience for me. $150 to slow my phone down.

I loved that they came to my home but other than that I didn’t have a great experience. They had to take the phone away for nearly the whole day and when they did bring it back it was missing a screw and I am still waiting for a someone to get back to me to address the missing screw.

I only gave 3 stars because I got charged twice though 2 different accounts. I got charged though my bank which I knew was going to happen and then I got charged for the same service though my PayPal account. The service otherwise was good.

Hello Gordon, we have emailed you detailed explanation of the issue and wanted to answer this feedback as well. Your account was charged only once thru Paypal, however Paypal is linked to your bank account so same charge was reflected on your bank account simultaneously. You have not been charged twice for this service. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Great job on the speed, convenience and cost of the repair. I got my screen replaced, but the quality of the screen is remarkable poor - not as nice as original and very difficult to type on. I have had several screens replaced before without issue. This was the first one of such disappointing quality. If you don’t care about this then go right ahead.
