Fast shipping and quality product.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered fabric from them in early November with 5-7 shipping and as of today, January 12th, I have still not received it. I have emailed them 5 times and never received a reply, tried their live chat (which does not work, no one ever responds), and even messaged their instagram page to try to get an update and no reply there and their costumer service phone number is disconnected. Jan 26 2023: Company attempted to have my review removed. I provided them and TrustPilot once again with my order number and info to verify my review and still no contact from them. Looking at their stats it appears that they contest every negative review they receive and their stats also show their 5-star reviews are overwhelmingly fake, the vast majority from profiles with no other reviews and all written within a few days of one another every 3-5 months, presumably attempting to balance out all the real horrible reviews they receive.

Fabrics came on time. The quality 100% what I expected. Color exactly like what it’s shown. Price is overall is great. Thank you! Loyal customers for any fabrics!

Came as advertised

iFabric charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY on order, but shipped nothing. 30 days later I asked what was up. They sent a UPS tracking number — but no parcel ever went out. After that, no further replies to email at all. 800 phone disconnected, web chat offline permanently. After another 60 days of no action and no communication, I had my bank void the charge and recover the funds. I would never, ever, EVER order from this company again. And still they send me coupon codes and requests for reviews.

What went wrong is they took money but didn’t deliver product! I have sent several e-mails trying to reach them. As others have stated, phone no. Is a dead end. They only sent 1 reply saying they would mail out. Nothing yet. Ordered Sept 24.
