iFabricReviews of ifabric.com

We ordered facemasks for our friends 50th birthday celebration. The products and the printing were great quality and they arrived on time. Would definitely use again.

Website was easy to maneuver and service was quick. Fabric quality was excellent.

Never got the fabric but boy they didn't hesitate to charge us! NEVER refunded either! This company is HORRIBLE! When I told them I was going to have charges reversed, they stopped responding. I have yet to get those charges reversed so they still owe me. lazy good for nothing people! I filed a report with BBB. Edit: So, over 9 months after placing the order, we FINALLY got a (full) refund. Why did it have to take a report with BBB and this review to get that (plus a couple more emails), I'm not sure. I do not see us ordering from iFabric until reviews are consistently better. We have a company we found that's reliable for faux fur needs, which is why we placed an order in the first place. Had they sent us the order instead of having to refund, I would have changed it to a 2 star but no higher because customer service should be more important than they have. Oh, now they are trying to gather more info so I had to send a reference number via trustpilot.

Took to long but like material
