Company proven trustworthy, but their choice of "white glove" delivery service could have been better.
I had a great experience with iElectrica.com. Their fairly represented what I was purchasing and what I should expect. Delivery folks they chose delivered successfully after a 2 week wait (which I believe was normal). Delivery had on-line tracking, but they didn't update it for the first week, so it looked like after a tracking number was issued, they hadn't even picked the order up during that time. Then a backdated update showed up stating the order was picked up the same day as promised by iElectrica. Delivery wanted to come the night before scheduled, at 10:30 PM, with only 30 minutes notice, but I had missed their call. They called and showed up the next day, slightly before the window originally agreed upon which was fine, but were somewhat abrupt, hasty and sloppy with their white glove service.

Everything went great
I purchased an LG OLED65E6P from iElectrica after checking their feedback on eBay and Trustpilot. The price was good and the shipping went off without a problem. The TV was in perfect condition. It was shipped quickly and I would have no reservations about buying from them again.

great customer service
ordered 86 in LG SUHD 4k tv form iElectrica. When it arrived it was damaged. iElectrica went out of there way to get us a replacement as soon as possible. Very good communication. I also purchased very high end LG oled 65 in and it was a flawless transaction. Very smooth and quick. Thank-you very much......will do more business with you in the future.

Polite, and willing to help!
Sales staff did a great job after PayPal dropped the ball! They worked with me past closing and offered the best price. TV arrived as promised and the warranty information within 24 hours of purchase. I will be buying my next TV from ielectrica.com!!!
