In the past five years when comparing prices for international flights, I have always made sure to look on iEagle. On several occasions I have found flights on iEagle to be 300-500 $USD less than anywhere else that offers the same options. Truly though what keeps me coming back is knowing that I can speak with an iEagle representative over the phone or through online chat, and that they will exceed the expectations of great customer service. Often times it is with their help that I am able to compare and find the best and most affordable options when it comes to flying internationally. Thank you to iEagle for having such ambitious employees, and thank you to Bharath and Siva for their individual assistance!

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH A DIFFICULT PROBLEM OF CANCELLING AND MAKING A NEW FLIGHT PLAN. TRAVEL AGENT "SHANU" WAS MOST HELPFUL AND POLITE AND VERY PATIENT WITH ME. I WANT TO THANK HER VERY MUCH FOR HER HELP IN MY SITUATION. SHANU IS A VERY GOOD REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO "SHANU" FOR ALL YOUR HELP! PHIL DIAZ

I would like to express my great appreciation for Vinod!!!! I was going crazy for hours trying to figure out a flight plan that would work out to have 2 arrivals meet close to the same date and times and departures also at a reasonable price. Vinod was very understanding of my situation and was so patient with me through out the whole process then also took the time to walk me through the booking process!!! A big 5 stars to this man! He's a good representative to your company! Thanks very much Vinod!!

I booked my tickets via this site. The airline cancelled the flight, IEagle did not tell me until I called them. It was very hard to understand their English with heavy Indian accent and they did not return my email or phone call based on what they promised. I had to proactively call them to get updates. They were not helpful in finding alternative flights. I had to tell them what flights were available after my own research. I won't use them again even their price might be cheaper.

I have been an iEagle customer for some time and they are undoubtedly the most competitive airfare providers. This time iEagle and especially two of their staff members, Kumar and Sidhartha - two of the most professional men I have ever had the opportunity to talk to - worked tirelessly on my complex reservation. Handling of the reservation was most professional, and I was always treated with respect. Someone was always available to talk to, which is very rare with other travel agents. Cemented my decision to keep using iEagle.

I found ieagle thru Kayak website and am very pleased with their service. we had a family emergency and grateful to get cheapest price to fly from Maui to Manila Jan. 11 to Feb. 13, 2019. Also, Sandeep and Kumar helped me get refund for $82.00 overpayment. Minor problem was we could not get seat assignment till day before our flight, but JAL gave us great seats anyway since checked in at the airport 4 hours before the flight. Will definitely book with them next flight. Tony dela Cruz

iEagle.com Cheaper than booking my reservation direct through the airline (KoreanAir.com). Shekar and Prakash took care of everything.

I dealt with DINESH VARMA. He was very helpful and provide great customer service. I felt like he went out of his way to help me change flights. He even found a cheaper price for the one that I had given him. Much appreciated.
