Great Customer Service!
I called and was helped by Alex and Angie on separate occasions. They were both very pleasant. Alex immediately offered samples of the ID Badge Holders to me. This made the process of choosing one very simple! I ordered them and had them within a few days. Awesome service and will definitely be using them again!

Wonderful customer service!
I had ordered a product through another online provider that turned out to be a scam. I had a customer that was counting on the product and needed a large amount of an item very quickly. IDSuperShop helped me out. I cannot compliment the customer service highly enough. Thank you for making a bad situation much better!

I was nervous about ordering from an unknown vendor on the internet, but our order was processed quickly and the product was exactly what we were looking for. I also had to call the customer service line to verify I was ordering the right product, and the representative was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

Never got the product, UPS didn't help.
Price was great but never got the product. UPS claims it was delivered. No response form either party.

We are very sorry you did not receive your order as expected. It was shipped to the address that you entered and as previously confirmed UPS shows delivery. As you know we contacted you multiple times prior to the order to be sure you wanted it shipped to this address. We even offered our assistance in helping you to recover it however this is ultimately between you and UPS since the address provided allowed for some confusion on how it would actually be delivered. We look forward to having another opportunity to serve you with our broad selection of ID badging products and will be sure to advise you on the shipping process so you receive your items. Thank you from Customer Service!
