Never got the product, UPS didn't help.
Price was great but never got the product. UPS claims it was delivered. No response form either party.

We even offered our assistance in helping you to recover it however this is ultimately between you and UPS since the address provided allowed for some confusion on how it would actually be delivered. I have purchased from this site 2 items but they take the money and cancel my shipment .. do not buy from here ... it's serious

Beware
Wish you could rate ZERO stars. I ordered two items I found after doing a Google search for and was directed to their website. I opted for 2 day shipping since I needed the items by a certain day. I received the email order confirmation promptly after placing the order online. 2 days later no delivery, 5 days later no delivery! I called and was bounced to 3 different people, the last one who told me sorry I cannot honor the price you saw online, so we didn't process the payment. Won't honor the price online and absolutely ZERO communication about it! Shop elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

Awful Experience
ID SuperShop refused to place our order because our shipping address did not match our billing address. We needed our name tag holders and lanyards to go to our trade show, not to our billing address. The customer service representative rudely refused to place our order. I have placed many orders with all types of vendors and have never had one of them refuse to place the order because the billing address and shipping address did not match. I went to another vendor ID SuperStore, they were happy to place my order and were actually cheaper than ID SuperShop. We will continue to place all of our orders through ID SuperStore.

Unfortunately we were not able to process your high value order as it did not meet some basic requirements for our credit card policy which is posted online at http://www.idsupershop.com/payment-options-return-policies. Since we provide products used for high secure applications we are required to follow strict policies for orders that ship to a residential address or use a personal email address. If you would like to consider a more secure form of payment we would be happy to assist and can ship out products same day or even set up for will call as we keep everything in stock. Never again
I purchased a camera online. Right after placing my order they raised the price by $100. They then called me to tell me that the camera was not available. After telling me that, they raised the price another $100. The same camera is now on their website for sale for $200 more than the price at which I purchased it. It appears that they want to sell the same camera for $200 higher than the original price asked. They at least did refund my money, but this is a very poor business model.

The item which you selected was a discontinued Canon camera and has not been available for several years through any supplier, so we apologize that you were allowed to place it in your cart. As part of our commitment to complete customer satisfaction we contacted you same day order was received with the goal of finding a suitable replacement as the description clearly stated that this item was discontinued. You were not interested in considering any substitutes but we did take your advice and updated the product description with more detail to discourage any future customers from making the same mistake.
