crazy long wait time even with an appointment

Horrible experience: many issues: 1. arriving at 9:55, they are already behind 40 minutes. 2. Every slot is double-booked. 3. There’re only 3 chairs in the room. People are sitting on the floor waiting. 4. Then while fingerprinting one person the machine breaks. She uses the other machine - she has 2 - starting over. That one breaks at the end of process. 5. There’s no email or text notification on my appointment. How is this business getting government contract?!!! Connections, lobbying??? People w special need companion were wondering what to do, wait, leave and get another day off work???? Location Needham, MA

The 36111 Plymouth rd. Livonia,MI.48150 location is the best place to go. I drove 45 mins to get there and thru my own fault I had a problem getting my prints done. But the guy who’s in charge there (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, I think he’s Indian, I might be wrong sorry), he was so kind and tried his best to help me out. He didn’t have to because as I’ve said it was my fault and my fault alone that I made a mistake. But still he went above & beyond to help me out. I appreciate you,Thank you Sir. You deserve a promotion/raise & i hope your employer appreciates you. Best Identogo location because of you!🤗

The white Station location is the worst. Horrible experience would not accept my credit card because it didn't have my full name. Corporate should close this location!!

My daughter applied for a job at the local school district. They told her that she had to go here. Couldn’t find it in auburn, ma. The website says 850 Southbridge street. Google says 718 Southbridge street which is a hotel. It’s at 850 Southbridge street inside liberty income tax. It was fast and easy.

On 04/23/26 I had my fingerprints taken a service I paid for in order to move forward in the process of applying for a job. It’s been over three weeks now, and although they claimed to have sent my fingerprints , the state and police have still not received them. They won’t send my fingerprints again and offer me no solution despite having paid for this service. I’ve made several phone calls, emails, had the situation escalated to a supervisor and still no response- NOTHING. This is affecting my livelihood and it needs to be addressed. This is beyond poor service, this is negligence. Please help!!!

Unreal. Showed up for my appt and waited 30 minutes, no one ever arrived. Finally got someone on the phone and they said "sorry, we sent an email that it was cancelled." NO THEY DIDN'T. Spoke to a manager thereafter, she was defensive and short. This company is AWFUL from top to bottom and my hope is that it fails and gets replaced by another that is professional and integral.

Finger print failed to capture, told to make new appointment which now seems to have failed again but it has not been possible to get true status as the people I spoke (after multiple attempts) to gave conflicting info
