Dude, this company is hands down the best thing I've done for myself. My older brother got his credit card info stolen from a gas station and they stole like $600 from him and our bank wouldn't do anything about it in the end, so I started looking into some services to protect us from stuff like that, and so I signed up for IdentityIQ and I didn't think much of it at first, but a few days ago someone tried to open an account in my name and I got an alert for it, so I called the bank and told them it wasn't me and they were able to cancel it before the thief could use the credit card, saving me a ton of pain of trying to get my money back which, if it goes they same way it did for my brother, I wouldn't have even gotten back in the end. So, long story short, having protection like this is so useful, don't wait until it's too late!!

Signing up was super quick and easy! When I reached out with questions about the dashboard the customer service rep was really knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this company and their services to anyone looking for a simple way to look at their credit scores and reports.

I've been using IdentityIQ for years and it's amazing how fast I get alerts for my credit report. It's well worth it for the peace of mind of knowing that my credit score won't tank due to unknown activity.

It is crazy how fast these alerts are! I have IdentityIQ plus other credit monitoring subscriptions, and I get alerts from IdentityIQ sometimes a week or longer before I get an update from the other subscription. I highly recommend!

I never gave consent for a subscription. The only way I even knew about IdentityIQ was from my bank statement, where they had automatically withdrew money. (Last time I checked, that's called stealing) I Googled IdentityIQ and tried to see if in fact I had an account with them. Sure enough, I could not sign in because my account did not exist. Mysteriously, I paying for one anyway. I called the customer help line and demanded to cancel and be refunded. The agent was slimy enough to try to talk me into keeping my "subscription." WHY on Earth would I want to keep a subscription that I not only did not authorize, but had no access to? That is a slimy, crooked business practice. The agent said that I was unable to receive a refund for the prior charges incurred but canceled my "account" after asking multiple times if I was sure. I took all of my restraint to be civil to the agent and tell her that I had never been more sure in my life.

Their credit report is extremely inaccurate - credit score is off by 10-15 points compared to actual bureau's record - for 20 bucks a month cant they do better?? really is a waste of month and time.

Yeah try to cancel! Signed up for trial, trying to cancel and get replies back quick but telling you to speak with agent. Yeah for an upsell and please don't cancel I bet. clear violation of terms and violations of the requests to cancel from my end. Don't use these guys.
