You literally can not get anyone to…
You literally can not get anyone to answer the phone. I agreed to a one time payment of $1 and now I'm being charged $20. This is a terrible company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I will have to get my card number changed this company should not be allowed to do this, shame on them and shame on credit karma for using such a shady ass company!!!!

Good customer service when I needed to…
Good customer service when I needed to cancel. But this reoccurring charge stopped reporting last year for purposes of credit history on rental payments. I should of been notified.

Lisa was wonderful during the entire call. I learned a lot of information during our interaction. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. Another thing that I enjoyed was that there was no dead time while waiting on results.
