The wig part was different in the picture

It was my 1st time ordering from your company. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the wigs.I was ordering from another company,but if the quality of your wigs stay the same, you just obtain another customer.Thank you.

I love how my first wig looks and feels so soft, I will need to trim 2” off but otherwise I’m loving it I just ordered 2 more and I can’t wait to get them so I give a review on them

I GOT my refund money back and I was NOT playing their games. With nerve I too was told to spend more of my money to take the wig to stylist or recieve a $40 credit on my next purchase with them and I told them no deal. I too like so many others are receiving wigs that looks nothing like the one they purchased which is their ongoing practice. I then proceeded with uploading and sending them a picture of the wig on their site and the one I received untouched. I also included the link from Trustpilot with all of their one star same complaints and negative reviews by customers and told them I would post to others on social media and would win a dispute with my credit card company because of their continuous negative customer service and dishonest reputation. They said the wig needed to be returned back to China and I said that was never disclosed or an option for me nor my problem and they need to be reported and shut down. They finally sent me the USA return shipping address that I paid for and I shortly thereafter I received my refund. I can't believe they are still doing this same BS with customers but I hope this info will help

Very easy to order online, no problems and you would have gotten a 5 stars if you had wig in color 1b, but I'm looking forward to see if this color is good on me, otherwise service was excellent! 😂😅🤣

Customer service is great, always responsive. The wigs are human hair and very nice. There are small wig sizes which is a plus for smaller heads. Overall a really nice, honest and responsible company.
