It was great selecting the wig. However, I couldn't find the exact color description of the wig I purchased. I hope it's what I wanted.

Poor communication, my order did NOT ship in 48 hours as the website states. I have NOT received a tracking number for my order placed 6 days ago as well. Website also claims express delivery in 3 - 7 business days. I am about to request a refund. I have spent nearly $300.00 and I need this purchase for my trip. VERY disappointed and angry

I did not click the place order button,but the order went through. I only reviewed the price and back out of it because of the price 😭😞😭😭😭😭😭😭. Never wanted to pay that much for a wig. More of a scam.

I am trying to return some items within the designated return period. I have sent 2 emails and called the company. Three days have past and they still have not contacted me. This is not my usual experience with dealing with sellers no matter the location. My items are unworn. My 1 item is not as displayed on the website, and looks like a clown wig when you try and work with the tight curls. The other has a defect, not to mention the wigs smell. One smells like cigarettes. I'm sorry I didn't see all the reviews. I don't want to fall into it's trap of denying a full refund. Also, the company tried a phising attack to provide Paypal credentials when I did NOT pay for this through PayPal. I'm not surprised as this is a product sourced and run out of China with distributors in the US. This will be reported to other agencies if I do not receive a response within 3 days. It will be my last time buying anything from them. They are not a fair trader (China!). Time to make more goods for US buyers in America!

I ordered a wig, they sent me the wrong one. I have been trying for 3 days straight to get in touch with someone. So far, no one answered me. I texted emails and a picture of the wig that I ordered and what they sent me. I spent $100.00 for that wig. I hope I can get my money back. My order no is 00211899 if that will make a difference.

Y experience with the site was easy to navigate, there were so many lovely Choices which I appreciated.

Be forewarned about IDEFINE wigs. The wigs received look nothing like what’s advertised and for returns they offer $40 and you pay between $15 and $16 to return the wig by mail or they will offer a 40% off your next wig. Tell me why would you want to patronize a company like that again. I was dumb enough to purchase more than 2 wigs and I was thoroughly disappointed. BE FOREWARNED!!!!!

Pretty disappointing. I have emailed asking about my order, and no response. No updates after my receipt showing they received my money.
