It is easy to order on idefinewig. I also like they have a lot of 8 inch length. I have alopecia so I wear my wig everyday. I wish they had detachable straps. But the ordering is easy. The product is great. No shedding even after I have put a rinse on it.

If I would have stopped at one customer service person when I informed them, it was the wrong wig and they said we can offer some discount on next one, since our factory person reviewed my photos and said it was the right wig--when it's a short cut bob I ordered and got mid length curly hair? I would have had such a BAD EXPEREINCE. Because I called in, and also was informed, when asked if we could try and reorder this one wig, I really wanted "shown as a favorite" she suggested against it, which tells me that I don't even know if they have that wig or using it to capture peoples attention. The first service person when I asked for full refund and was will to send wig back said, "That's such a long process and it can get lost." I was appalled. Thankfully the person I called respectfully told me to send it to American storage house not China and that as soon as I send proof of mail receipt all the money will be refunded, plus shipping. Only because I did the extra work was I satisfied by the outcome of return but dissatisfied with the way they do business. Advertising a wig.. and not willing or warned against to reorder that wig is a RED FLAG.
