Nice Options to pick the wig that's right for you
Photos of the wigs on models with different facial shapes (i.e. oval. square, etc.,) so one can see which types of wigs works best; plus, length and fullness are wonderful options for each wig along with a brief style description ( such as "layered bob with bangs).

My biggest concern is that the wigs…
My biggest concern is that the wigs often do not look like the pictures used to advertise them. If the wigs matched the photos, I would have no reason to return them. While the return process is fairly simple, I do not think customers should lose any money when an item is not as described. I only make returns when the wig I receive is significantly different from what was pictured.

So far my experience with the site has been 50/50. It’s both good and bad. I have purchased very good wigs from here, but I have also purchased wigs that absolutely were not what I ordered and were not the quality promised .i am finding it’s a pandemic as this site is not the only site with Inconsistent quality . I purchased a new style last night and I truly hope it is exactly as advertised because I truly have no other place to shop that caters to my ethnicity or face shape let alone cost

People who order from this company do
People who order from this company do not read the reviews like me. I am now seeing reviews that I had the same problems. You should be able to return the wig easily without 4 emails of what you need to do to return it and offering other options like discounts and saying your shipping overseas which will cost a lot. Now I have a $200 wig that I will never wear. Horrible, horrible customer service and if you read what was advertised about easy return, it’s a lie!! Oh, and when you do return it they have to inspect it first. Fine, but the turnaround time is still very long. You decide!
