I hadn’t filed my taxes in 4 years. Ideal tax was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the process. They were responsible for reaching out to the IRS giving me more time to get all my information together. Grace Miller was the prep specialist guiding me through the documents I needed or would need to finish filing and get the best outcome with little or no penalty.
