First of all ,before even calling me and my wife was nervous and scared from all threatening letters we received from the IRS .So we were unsure on how you guys could help us. My experience is very friendly. It made me feel very relaxed when it comes to taxes and the phone rings you really don’t wanna answer it. Angela makes you feel like things are all right and there’s no pressure and things are moving along and when you get off the phone, you feel pretty good so my experience is very good with her.
