They charged me 5000 to do taxes for 4 years 21 through 24 It’s hard to reach them but eventually I went through BBB to get my money back because the forms were too hard to understand for me Before I went through BBB they shut my case and said they’re keeping were keeping my money BBB got them to reopen my case but I still couldn’t do the forms I asked them to reimburse me again and they waited a couple of weeks and told me it was too late and they were keeping my 5000 and doing nothing for me although they have done nothing for me anyway

Paid Ideal Tax Group $980 for tax resolution and got nothing in return. My IRS debt grew by over $3,500 because of their deception and failure to act. Stay away — this company makes promises they don’t deliver.

WARNING...Ideal Tax and Ideal Tax Solution...Don't give this scandalous and unethical company your business! The reviews are erroneous, as fake as can be. They changed their DBA, website info and URL (again!) They are trying to change their reputation. There is a class action lawsuit filed by a woman in the PacNW. She has the ADA involved because this company violated all her requests for written communication. She never got a copy of her case when the IRS told her to get it. Ideal Tax makes excuses but it's an easy fix...certified mail. They won't do it because there's proof of illegal practices. They did not keep her private info secure and there was a data breach. They lied about how they could help her and they will lie to you too! They ended up costing her so much more than when she retained them. The Federal Trade Commission is involved also. Her lawsuit has taken several years since she trusted this company to help her but this company must be stopped.
