This company sucks they wasted my time as if credit wasn’t a factor told me to come to the store and bring id all this find out your not approved why am I going to the store they give you the run around!

AND I WILL NOT PAY THIS COMPANY UNTIL I GET A CALL BACK AND IM SATISFYED WITH THE OUT COME OF MY EXPERIENCE EVEN IF THAT MEANS I HAVE TO FIGHT IN COURT OVER THIS AND I HAVE ALL MY PROOF IN HAND

The worst store I have purchased an item a coffee machine. On the second day the coffee machine was leaking water on the bottom. My son, and wife took it back to have replace or refund. They refused to replace it. I had to take time from my work schedule to go to the store, and speak to a Manager (Edgar) At first the gentleman the help was really rude. According to my wife was the same one from the day before. At first they stated that they did not have anymore of the same brand I purchased. At last minute they came out with one that they found on the back warehouse. This tell me do not make any big appliances, or any other big merchandise because they will hassle you to exchange or refund. I will not purchase any item from this store. The worse customer service, and exchange policy.

The worst company I have done business with. The CCS program they have, beware of that, Is just for getting extra money from you, when you need it they don’t approve it doesn’t matter if you submit proofs They denied, for sure for charging the late fees. Very disappointed with this company. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

Be very wary of this company it is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I'm boggled how this company is still in business. They especially target and take advantage and exploit the Spanish speaking community! There locations are in the middle of our communities that are most vulnerable. I will do whatever is possible to get this company to pay for all the wrong they have caused my community. I cannot stand this company, I read that they are trying to open a Chula Vista location in San Diego. What a coincidence right next to the border of Mexico where alot of Spanish speakers live! I can see how our communities are being targeted and I will not let this company continue to do this. We need to speak up and sue them, get them out of business they are doing much more harm than good to our Spanish speaking latino communities.
