Bad Product
Bad Product The lift on the chair failed less than 6months after purchase. I've had office chairs last 6 years without issue, but the chair I purchased here is complete garbage. Looks nice, doesn't work, no thanks.

Mel in Cust Svc
Mel in Cust. Svc. got back to me right away, providing a detailed explanation with a photo regarding the height adjustment which is on the same lever as the tilt. I LOVE my new chair, when I sit on it all day it's already improved my lumbar support & similar to a 0 gravity feel in the seat by the way it was designed. Kudos to Mel & Icons of Manhattan team!
