I do not know who is the shipper who distributes the packages .. There is no phone number to order Contact him .. There is no one who is willing to answer .. In the end, I decided if I will not receive my package within 45 days from the order date, I ask for a full refund .. Thank you very much

Dear Othman, If you track your order you will see that there was an attempted delivery of your order on Feb 7. This means the mail delivery person did not reach you at your address. You have to contact your local post office to arrange pick up or reschedule your delivery. Also, the shipping option that you chose, the USPS First Class Package International takes up to 21 business days to be delivered. And your order delivery is still within this timeframe.
