Dear Omri. Sorry, we were not able to meet your expectations this time. Your order is on the way. Our shipping policy says that USPS Priority Packages may take up to 30 business days to be delivered due to the pandemic limitations. It is impossible to check out from our store without accepting our Shipping Policy(especially COVID-19 Update), so we assume that if you placed your order, you have read and understood the Policy and were aware of possible delays. Dear Hasan. The status of your package is "Delivered". We advised you to contact your local post office to inquire about your package. And you told us that you did that and that USPS told you they would report to you as they investigate. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you from that moment, and therefore we could not now you still did not receive your package. I apologize for the frustrating experience that you had with us.
