They are terrible
They are terrible , please don’t go with there service.. I payed for a slot upfront for a in call consultation with dr mehta, the call never came nor they refunded my amount .. They take two days to reply to my mails , only and is the sorry doc is unavailable.. they have not refunded my paid amount

Overall my experience has been good
Overall my experience has been good to great. Just like in the non-virtual world, experiences with varying physicians can be mixed. I did have two stellar encounters on Icliniq! The app is not very reliable, I use the website. I do love the option of being able to ask a qualified physician their opinion. Unlike other similar services, you always get a physician on icliniq and they are always quite knowledgeable.
