I really appreciate your help but I felt like your response to a question I had been pondering for a long time was rushed and kind of apathetic. They also gave me recommendations on their level of understanding and I wasn’t able to get anything out of the advice he gave except pretty much “your fine, see a doctor if you want and do yoga regularly. No offense but what kind of advice is that?!? 🤔🙄
