iCertGlobalReviews of icertglobal.com

iCertGlobal online PMP Certification training content, coaching, delivery methodology and teaching capability is unique and adapts very well with flexibility, owing to my work timings. I took the online coaching classes on the iCertGlobal website, although I did not take the PMP certification exam owing to some personal issues, the content of the course was well understood and helped me professionally for an enhanced delivery, attracting appreciation from my management. This has helped me to improve on my remuneration along with larger responsibilities and the role as a mentor in the company for Project management matters. After a couple of years of my training,I felt the urge to get certified and approached iCertGlobal for a refresher course. I contacted iCertGlobal vide the online chat and placed a request. To my absolute delight I was helped by Ms Baig with a free online access. My learning experience with iCertGlobal was excellent and again the professional and continued support is reflection of iCertGlobal dedication and commitment .I highly recommend iCertGlobal to those who want to get ahead in their careers.

This is one of the best training platforms. The trainers are really good. They have adequate knowledge and experience and they explain the topics in detail. Course structure and content quality are really good. Also, I have a great appreciation for their customer support team, who are very prompt in helping out and providing information.

This course is very good to start Big Data Journey. Flexible schedule and flexi pass works well for people who are in job. If you miss any training you can attend other sessions multiple time. Teaching staff is excellent with in depth knowledge of technology. I would recommended this course to all who are bit confused on how to start Big Data journey.

My first course with them. Right from my google search that lead to the website to my enrolling and continuing with sessions they have been excellent. They offered me a discount straight up and assigned a dedicate learning co-ordinator for any support and guidance. The content is great. Also in my experience they are extremely affordable compared to the same course in classroom. would definitely recommend anyone to go and check them out.

It has been a month since I joined iCertGlobal for Big Data Hadoop and Spark program. Format and delivery of content are good. Customer support has been extremely helpful with their timely and apt response. iCerrGlobal team, thanks for all the support! I am sure you are making a difference in this emerging domain!

The Certified SCRUM Master class I attended was very good. The instructor was knowledgeable, and the course workbook was a very nice take away. Course work was interesting and fun. Easily prepared me for the actual certification test that followed.

Signed up for the virtual course. After one hour the instructor covered some subjects I do happen to know well and he made them so confusing. I called the company on the first break and requested my money back. It was agreed I would sign out of the training and I would receive a refund. days later I received an email stating a refund would be issued 30 days from the date of cancellation. 30 days later, I could not get a reply as to the status of the refund. I disputed the payment with my credit card company and I'm now trying to get the money back. Swim at your own risk.

My experience with them has been terrible and it feels like Icert Global is a scam!!! People on the other side of the phone don't call back when they tell you they will. They sent me dates and venue of my PMP booking in London. I called the venue and the training partner (which they told me is "Focus on") and none of them had heard of my booking. They said they would send me training material prior to the course, and I have never received it. I have therefore requested a refund, yet I am still waiting to hear from them! Please do not book through them if you are still on time!!! Really hope to get my money back!!!
