I wanted to let you know that I took and passed the PMP exam. Thanks to iCert Global and especially my Cincinnati course instructor, who was an excellent teacher and helped me immensely.

Good content and training. The best online support i have received from iCertGlobal is very informative and helped me in resolving my issues.

I participated in the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification course. I had an excellent instructor by the name Biswa. Biswa was very knowledgeable and provided in depth explanation to the course content. He made sure I understood all the concepts and provided enough time to go over sample papers and quiz questions. He went over the structure for both the Foundation exam and the Practitioner exam. I felt very prepared by him and I can say because of Biswa I did very well! I also had a great experience with the customer representative Leena Jones, she is very helpful during the signing up process! I would highly recommend anyone to use icert global!

Do not purchase courses from them!! It's a scam!! They changed the course to online from classroom one week before it was due to take place. I have therefore requested a refund from them - two months later, numerous promises from iCert that my refund is being processed and no money received. Find another course provider

The live online training course for the PMI-ACP exam was a joke. The slides were frequently incorrect (and the instructor agreed). The practice questions during the course were also frequently incorrect so the instructor skipped a lot of them or openly disagreed with answers provided. The company offers 3 free exam simulation tests. The answers and descriptions for the answers did not match so I don't know what I actually missed or why. I sent screenshots to the company with no response except to send me my certificate for completing the course. The practice exams were made up mostly of questions that were not covered during the 3 day course. So I don't know if there was information missing from the course materials or if the practice exams are out of date or just plain wrong. Terrible experience, not worth the money, other good options available from different companies.
