Ice maker on our water cooler stopped working only a couple months after purchase. I have emailed customer service twice now with no reply back. Edit: I have emailed service@ icepurefilter.com twice with no reply back.

The tool doesn’t work.

I was sent a machine that doesn’t work and no one will respond to me. I am not the only one either. This seems like their business model. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten and answer on what to do or how they are going to fix it!

I ordered 2 resets tools from this company and they delivered only 1. I have written them 4 times now and have received no reply so I guess they think it is OK to keep my 15.00 that the tool cost. Not a good company to deal with and their customer service in at the bottom of my list. Take you business elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of being ignored.

Received filter damaged. Had no packing at all! just came in a cardboard box. They said if plastic wrap similar to thin as Ceram wrap was ripped they could not accept it back. That is like saying as long as the box isn't damaged we can accept it back. Of course the little packaging they had which was Ceram wrap would be damaged. Scam company, will not warranty. It had little brown crystals all over inside of the box in which that is what was inside the filter. kind of looked like dirt.

I have left messages because my ice machine does not work. I like the machine but I have never seen it work. I just want someone to talk to there's no where to call just email.

Water tastes horrible. Ice dispenser is not as advertised. I purposely chose this one to avoid having to scoop ice manually for hygiene purposes in our office.
