Placed an order directly to avoid going through amazon. Got a tracking number, which was promptly cancelled by sender with no notice. I emailed customer service. A day goes by, and my order arrives despite no functioning tracking number. I get a separate email after the first one with different, also cancelled tracking numbers. Customer service gets back to me with no explanation for why the shipment was cancelled the first time. Then I received three separate emails asking me to write this negative review. Overall, a very strange and uncertain experience as a first time customer.

Why ice maker not working on 3-1 dispenser?

Shipping info. Received notice that item had shipped but only showed that item had a shipping label no other info. After a week it showed that item was canceled. I started shopping again then after 3-4days package arrived. so all is good now just poor communication.
