Your original purchase was made in September, and since then, there has been a significant increase in gold pricing. This has impacted the current retail value of comparable items, which is why similar chains are now listed at higher price points despite differences in specifications such as thickness and length. Under our lifetime warranty, coverage is based on repair or replacement depending on availability. When the original item is no longer in stock, we offer the closest available alternative or store credit equivalent to the original purchase value. That said, we understand your concern regarding the perceived difference in value. As a courtesy, we made efforts to locate limited remaining stock of the same item you previously ordered and offered it as a replacement option, as it may be among the last units available. This option was also shared with you in our previous email. We regret that this experience has not met your expectations and appreciate your feedback.
