I have been with this company since they went online to provide hosting services. Nearly 20 years later, I am still with them, my clients love the whole hosting interface and most of all the excellent customer support. I'd never move from this company because they have looked after me so well and that's hard to find in a company these days where ICDsoft do put customer service number 1.

I have hosted my site with ICDSoft for years. They have bailed me out when I've made mistakes, but more importantly, have made it easy to manage my site on my own. Recently, they've added some WordPress management features, adding to the support team's WordPress expertise. When I had trouble connecting Jetpack's automated backup features (using VaultPress), they uncovered a problem with the .htaccess file, and resolved the issue.

We've been using ICDSoft for close to twenty years for a number of web sites. Their support has been incredibly superb. When asked questions, they give us the correct answer, the first time, within minutes of being asked. I cannot tell you how wonderful that is. We wholeheartedly recommend ICDSoft.
