I have used ICDSoft for a number of years for several of its offered services. In addition to those services being very reasonably priced, ICD's tech support is highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable, which is a Godsend to those customers like me who are not web/tech industry professionals. Excellent, excellent service.

As a self-employed web developer one of my concerns is how to pass on hosting support to my clients. The typical stories are end-clients having to wait days for solutions to problems or, sometimes, for any information at all and I used to be in situations where clients would get angry with me because the hosting company didn't get back to me. All of these worries have gone since I started using ICDSoft. Their services work properly (always a good start) and their support is second to none. I always get a response within 15 minutes. Usually the response has a solution but on a couple of occasions ICDSoft needed more time to investigate and so they came back to me within 15 minutes to tell me they would get back to me soon. In both cases issues were resolved within a hour of my posting a ticket. The end result is that my clients know that they can come to me for reliable and stable services.

I am an independent web designer and have been using ICDSoft for many, many years. The interface is excellent, the domain and hosting management tools intuitive and easy to use. The reseller panel is terrific as well, nicely listing all my domains and hosting accounts in one place. The support is the best I have experienced in the tech world and among hosting services (I often deal with other services when taking on a client with an existing domain or hosting service) - tickets are always addressed immediately, and they have ALWAYS solved my issues promptly and courteously. ICD Soft is a great value for high quality service and support.

They are by far the BEST hosting service I have ever used: unbelievably swift tech support by email, a full range of hosting features for your site at no extra expense (SSL certificates, automatic site backups, etc.), and generally first-rate treatment at all times. There simply is no comparison out there at any price point, and ICDSoft is no more expensive than any other decent hosting service. I couldn't be happier as one of their customers!
