I recently set up a business checking and savings account at the Mountain Home branch. When I walked into the branch, I was immediately greeted and helped. The staff were very courteous and consistently checked in with me to make sure that I was okay waiting. They offered their video appointment because they said that I would have to wait a while to be helped. I decided to stay anyway because I like to handle things in person.

The best credit union I have ever been a part of. Everyone I have ever interacted with is great. All of their tools and resources are easy to use. I also love how much they give back to the community. Their brand sponsors everything and I appreciate their willingness to give back. There is no better financial institution in Idaho.

All my reviews of ICCU are five star. I've had my account there since early 2020. Each time I call with a problem, the staff in the calling center are so nice, welcoming and helpful, my problems are solved in one phone call. I cannot tell how many times I've had to call the bank and ask for their help; however many times, they are always helpful, kind, courteous, and very professional. I'm very glad I bank at ICCU.

This credit union has a service team far and above all others. In there platform you can use Chat, Video chat to process a loan or resolve issues without ever leaving your home or office. But don't think that means this limits their access in person oh no! Banks all located all over Idaho and I would be surprised if you are not driving by one everyday when you leave you house. I have never been in love with a bank before but for the past year I have been. What a wonderful place to do business!!
