a decent banking organization. Even with a POA, they have made it hard by missing multiple pieces on their side. But I have since worked with several other employees that have gone out of their way to get things handled and working for me.

All the staff that help me are wonderful. That’s not the problem. My issue is having to wait a full 10 minutes before anyone at the central dispatch even answers the phone. There has to be a better way. Just saying.
