This will be my second review in a short period of time but the support staff Especially Emily and Ryan i belief both have worked over the past 8 plus hours on my account trying fix some internal problems that keep in mind doesn't stop me from playing but helps me redeem gifts for some things i completed. They could have just said you have already gotten it or we dont see the error maybe next time, But they have not quit. I would have been fine with a sorry because it's honestly free play in the end of things i am not out anything it just allows me the chance to play more and possibly when off of freeplay which is always awesome. So the next time your having issues and your support team doesn't treat like you have issue but instead treat you like your the issue and really dont care about your issue. Total trash, no appreciation for a customer who re-circulated over 800 SC coins . They are supposed to be a new social casino but yet I mysteriously had 3 logged conversations that I wasn’t a part of. They didn’t even have my city on their stupid catalog. So verifying would have been impossible. I brought to their attention all these issues and also saying that I was going to close my account… THEY ANSWERED NONTHING didn’t give me any curtesy SC coins and instead of trying to maybe make a customer happy, they just decided that they got away without having to pay a big redemption and closed my account
