ISSUE WITH REDEMPTION ITS BEEN 4 DAYS AND MY SKRILL REDEMPTION ITS STILL PENDING!! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ITS TAKING SO LONG

Update: I finally reached a real person. Bumping my rating up a star. If my small redemption comes in a timely manner then I will increase it. However, Skrill should not take this long. Is this place a scam? Waiting on a small redemption... Support chat is just bots, unable to actually find a person to answer questions at this place. Crown Coins casino is the sister casino and they sent me the referral/recommendation. CC was legit but this whole situation is very shady. I plan to write a lot of reviews and file a lot of complaints. I don't like being scammed.

Been waiting on my redemption which isn’t really even a lot but now I can’t even talk to support and I’m definitely not happy , I can say all the other reviews are correct about it , we will see what happens but I just hope I don’t have to report this casino!! update !! So I take back my horrible comment and also there is a way to connect with support and I received my payout so really not that bad !! Ty icasino , I hope you are satisfactory in my future !!!

I will come back to edit this if they make this right and I receive my winnings. If I try to redeem more than $50 at a time it will just stay in pending limbo, I have been able to get some of my winnings doing this but now every redemption fails. I’ve sent them an email, and message via instagram with no response, I call their number and it just rings. Their “support chat” is no help and can’t actually speak to anyone. Others have resorted to contacting the FTC and other agencies so that may be my next step if they don’t respond and give my all my winnings. It shows Sunflower Technology Inc as the company in the US but after some research it seems that they are based out of Israel or somewhere like that.

First off I thought this was gonna be legit like crown coins but this redemption I'm waiting on seems like I'm never going to get it. I have redeemed multiple times with no issues customer service gives the same old copy and paste answer then closes chat and won't let me respond and you can't talk to support when you choose the redemption category I had tosay it was a verification issue to even get someone it's sketchy they never have an issue with taking money. It seems like once a site gets big and a good rep they open a sister site that is just a cash grab to gain back losses. Crown coins has new games all the time promo deals they run that site well now when you look at icasino it's never updated no new games no promos nothing it's just a shell.

First redemption was sent in 30 minutes, which made me think future redemptions of small amounts might be quick too. Unfortunately that’s not the case. They intentionally send the first redemption quickly to make players think that will be the norm going forward - then they unnecessarily delay future redemptions in the hopes that you’ll cancel while you’re waiting.

Having the same issue as others have reported. My first two redemptions were processed fairly quick. In less than an hour they were approved and sent to my Skrill account. They were small amounts though ($100). Not sure If that has something to do with it. My next redemption was a little larger and took about a day to receive. But I did receive it nonetheless. Now I’m sitting on a redemption that has been pending for a few days. Looks like the larger the redemption, the longer they hold off on it. I’m also trying to contact support but can’t find a way to reach a live support person. Can only send and receive automated messages. Im willing to update and give a different rating if I can get in touch with a live support person and see what’s going on with my redemption. Till then 2 stars is all I can give.
