I used Arno’s services in late 2021. At the time, Arno had a policy of guaranteeing results after using his services. All instructions were followed, yet when his resume did not result in any interviews and I requested a refund he stopped responding to me. The refund was requested in May of 2022 after much time had been put into trying to make Arno’s resume work. Above all else, it is not acceptable to arbitrarily decide to not uphold a policy when it doesn’t benefit you. That is unethical and poor business practice. Zero stars.

We can only offer refunds on full service packages that include a LinkedIn Profile. This is because, in our experience, a LinkedIn Profile is just as important as a resume. I’m sorry that that you had decided not to proceed with the LinkedIn Profile development. Also, in your email, you stated "It’s been nearly 6 months since I’ve used the resume to apply to roughly 6 to 7 job opportunities." This is not nearly enough applications for that span of time. My sister and cousin used Arno and he came highly recommended. I purchased the service right before COVID happened. I struggled personally last year and I reached out in February of this year. Arno didn’t respond immediately but then he said to send him the information. I thought I had sent it but it was stuck in my drafts. I reached out again in May and resent the document. He responded saying he would look at it and get back to me if I had any questions. After 3 weeks of follow up emails now suddenly it’s $300 more than I already paid. His explanation is that he doesn’t have writers anymore. He then said he had no time to invest in me. So now I am out the money I paid or pay him even more money. **Update** Company is LYING. My timeline is correct, it was NOT 3 years. It was one year during COVID. He refused to help even when I explained my situation. I went back into my original contract and there was no mention of a timeline. Update 2: Company is still lying, there was nothing in the original contract. I would not trust them with anything.

UPDATE: The client confirmed service in Dec 2019 and paid via paypal in Jan of 2020. We commenced the project, but didn't hear back from the client until Dec of 2020, a full year - after which we recommenced the project. We didn't hear back from the client again until August of 2021 after which time we offered her an small upgrade fee to complete the project as her previous package wasn't offered anymore. Our terms and conditions are included in the PayPal agreement which stipulates a 6 month project refund policy. We certainly tried our best to get this project completed in a timely and fair manner.
