Vacuum failed in less than a year and support is unresponsive
I purchased a vacuum cleaner and after less than one year of normal household use the vacuum became unusable. The internal hose inside the floor brush head completely disintegrated. The material became brittle and cracked in multiple places, which caused a major loss of suction. This is not a consumable part but a structural internal component of the brush, so it should not fail this quickly. The failure clearly looks like material degradation or a design flaw using very cheap materials. A replacement brush head is expensive and requires additional shipping costs, and there is no confidence that the same defect will not happen again. I also contacted the manufacturer directly and customer support has been unresponsive, which makes the situation even more frustrating. For a vacuum cleaner to fail in less than a year because of a critical internal component is very disappointing. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Buture products due to concerns about durability and customer support. I would never buy again.
