Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with Buture and their VC90 vacuum cleaner. I purchased the Buture VC90 along with an additional 3-year warranty for peace of mind. Unfortunately, after only two months of normal use, the vacuum developed a serious fault. I first contacted the warranty company, and they told me they would inform the manufacturer and arrange for a replacement part to be sent. I then contacted Buture directly, and they also confirmed that a replacement part would be shipped to me. That was weeks ago. Since then, I have received absolutely nothing. No replacement part, no proper update, and no real support. I have tried contacting both the warranty provider and Buture multiple times, but they completely ignored my messages and provided no solution whatsoever. This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Selling products with extended warranties means nothing if the company refuses to help customers when something goes wrong. I strongly advise people to avoid Buture products entirely. Based on my experience, the company appears unreliable and does not stand behind its products or warranties.

Bought a hand-held Buture VC50 - very disappointed
Bought a Buture VC50 portable vacuum - worked well for 6 months then began to fail. I like that it is portable and has a long extension to reach corners/high ceilings but the fact that it now no longer works is very disappointing: it wont charge for more than 5 mins without registering as fully re-charged - and then there is insufficient suction to pick up the smallest bit of dust. It is absolutely heading to the bin/recycling this week. The Co. will say 'send it back' but few of us can get time for all that hassle - we just want a product that does what it is supposed to - for at least a year. So frustrating.

Does an excellent job!
I bought a replacement floor brush for my vacuum cleaner and it came very quickly. It does an excellent job and the suction is great

They DO NOT HONOR anything, they will ask to leave a positive review for a replacement and once left, no communication
5/19 update In response to a request for a positive review due to the replacement of my vacuum head, I was met with a lack of communication from the company. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company. Their sole concern appears to be the receipt of a positive review, after which they cease communication. Despite sending multiple emails since the beginning of this month, I have not received any response. Apparently my review was removed without any reason, so lets try this again, the company has great customer service, when my hose for my vac01 broke i was sent a new replacement head, unit was purchased october 16, 2024. Pictures were requested which were sent and honored

Absolutely worst company and a scam they take your money ship you broken stuff then refuse to give you any type of response the emails they give you to links are fake and will tell you that you don’t have access even tho it’s the exact same email address that your used to order it from terrible product terrible customer service
