I ordered a Beta “07” multifunctional…
I ordered a Beta “07” multifunctional jump starter from this company. Within a couple of days I received an email stating that this model was out of stock in the UK but the company apologised and offered me a “ free upgrade” to a higher spec ( and higher cost ) unit - the Beta 09. I accepted their offer and hoped that everything would run smoothly. I received 3 follow up emails over two days. 1. To thank me for upgrading 2. To let me know they were despatching my order 3 To let me know the item was on its way. It arrived speedily this morning via Royal Mail. I had looked at reviews for the company and noticed a lot of negative reviews. I can honestly say I have received first class service from this company and their communication and customer service has been first class. I can only speak for the product I have purchased but I would highly recommend them and thank them for their professionalism.
